The pattern of payments for employee in general is salary per month with amount that proportional with level of positions in companies. Salary per month is fixed, increases / changes can be found at the end of the year in accordance with the rules of the company and your performance with limitation increase. You work as hard as you can do but in general difficult to make increase by 2x, 3x and so on and its difficult to get increases before one year.

Online workers have opportunity different approach to the above, you can sign up for online workers at one company and make money which means a salary. But more than that you can make the multiple effect. If you can accomplish the task of a particular company you can sign up on other online companies. This is what you can not do in public companies - non online. And growth of the online employment continues related with the growing use of Internet technology that allows you to work more than 2 or 3 companies or more. Although this is not passive income, but multiple factor can be implemented.
